The Therapy Grove, LLC, is currently accepting applications and interviewing for a number of clinical positions (SLP, SLPA, OTR/L, COTA, PT) in the East Valley.  Choose to work in ANY of the following areas: Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley.  You choose where you work!

Hourly Rate: $70-$90 (depending on location)

SLP Responsibilities Include:

  • Treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations on patients in their homes.
  • Design, implement, and review individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and goals, in collaboration with parents or caregivers.
  • Accurately assess and document patient progress and challenges, ensuring clear communication with parents and team members.
  • Collaborate with other therapists to develop individual treatment plans that address each child's functional outcomes. 
  • Supervise clinical assistants.
  • Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers concerning the best ways to assist in treatment.
  • Complete quarterly progress reports.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and other professional development opportunities.
  • All notes and reports completed electronically.

 

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution and current state licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred but not required.
  • Experience with using electronic documentation systems, and a thorough understanding of best practices related to documentation and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in providing family-centered care.
