CSAAC is looking for you to join as a Full Time Special Education Teacher.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with students with autism in a classroom setting.
The Special Education Teacher will work with small class sizes along with para-professional Teaching assistants and an array of support services.

Compensation: $40-50K per year

CSAAC requirements:

Work in-person Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university and meet the state certification requirements for Teacher.
Must possess current or be eligible for conditional or standard Maryland Professional Teaching Certificate.
Minimum two (2) years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in an instructional setting. M.Ed. or MS and ABA training and experience preferred.
Provide classroom and community-based instruction. Instruction is provided individually and in small groups.
Implement the students Individualized Education Plans (IEP).
Attend student Individualized Education Plans (IEP) meetings as required.
Lead student aides to follow the students Individualized Education Plans (IEP).
