The M Communities are hiring top talented agents to work our paid sales buyer leads. Our mission is to build our community. One home. One family at a time. Our team model is simple, we train agents with our system to close our leads and have a fair share of the profit for their hard work.

The first requirement of this job is that you CARE. You will be working with several listings and pick up many buyers where we will make it our mission to serve and help change their life through homeownership.

This is a remote position for the most part. You can do almost all the work from home. Day to day duties and requirements of the role will include;

- Join team and hold license with United Realty Group (100% Commission brokerage).

- Complete 2 week Sales Training with team leader.

- Provide 5 Star customer service to our clients and receiving referrals/repeat business

- Attend bi-weekly sales meeting at a local coffee shop.

- Engage with new leads provided and follow up with nurturing prospects daily.

- Perform buyer tours and listing appointments with clients.

- Negotiate contracts and offers to a successful closing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
