Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute menus that meet the restaurant's standards and customer preferences.
- Oversee food production and ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering ingredients and supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or food service establishment.
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, food management, and food preparation techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the Head Chef, kitchen staff, and other team members.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
