Sous Chef

Fine Dining Social Club. Serves as a “second-in-command” of the kitchen and assumes complete charge in the absence of the Executive Chef. Responsible for the cold side of the line and prepares products according to the Club’s recipes and standards. Preparation and plating of sandwiches, salads, desserts and other cold menu items under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef. Assists with all food production tasks as requested by the Executive Chef for all functions at The Club. H as thorough knowledge of culinary techniques and the club’s menu. Excellent knife skills (chopping, dicing, carving, mincing). Demonstrates a high level of integrity, positive attitude and professional image. Must be a team player with a creative approach to the position, strong level of initiative, maturity and ability to improve kitchen processes and services
