Soft Wash Operator
Berry Lake Landscaping is a full-spectrum Home Services provider. Our Softwash Operator/Driver employees are entry-level employees expected to drive trailers, softwash rooftops, mix chemicals, and operate machinery, all under supervision and with training. This position will see you assisting our in-house Hardscapers, Roofers, and Arborists, giving you an opportunity to learn those trades. We are also hiring for those positions.

We are looking for a full time employee at $25 per hour, with overtime (1.5x) after 8 hours available. Hours are Monday to Friday, beginning at 0700 and ending from 1530 to 1800 as work requires. There is a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
Some of our work falls under Prevailing Wages higher than the base wage listed here. This poses an opportunity for you to sometimes make more than $25/hr.
Your average workday will include lugging over 50 pounds at a time across a stranger’s lawn, holding the flashlight for a tradesman, mixing chlorine bleach solutions under supervision, Climbing a ladder with over 50 pounds of stuff, driving a loaded truck and trailer, weed whacking, pressure-washing, softwashing a rooftop while harnessed, or operating a woodchipper.
