Social Media Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Office Administrator / Social Media Manager will act as an assistant to the CEO, manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize appropriately. They are responsible for leading the overall strategy of social media to meet weekly and daily goals on all social platforms for Dr. Brite.

-Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO.
-Handle customer service/client relations - responding to emails, answering phone calls and invoicing clients.
-Strong organizational skills, self-directed with an ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks and follow-up with minimal supervision.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills in interactions with associates at all levels, as well as external contacts, over the telephone and in person; capable of dealing constructively with diverse personalities
Social Media Management:
-Daily posting across our main social platforms: Instagram, Facebook TikTok (and possibly YouTube)
-Research other brands that have a large and active following to gain ideas for posting on all platforms
-Be excited to be on camera when needed to post engaging, informative, and entertaining videos to our audience as well as engage with our audience on TikTok, Facebook Live, Instagram Stories, or YouTube videos.
-Must be on trend with all new social updates, marketing strategies and tools
-Must have moderate graphic design skills and photo editing skills to post beautiful and engaging graphics on our social media such as IG Stories, IG news feed posts, and more
We are looking for someone who is flexible, good with change, and able to wear multiple hats when needed to ensure the team wins. Must love to be on camera and be able to post engaging, informational, and trendy creatives on all social media platforms. We need someone who has a high attention to detail, great written and verbal communication skills, entry-level computer skills, great grammar, self-driven to think of great things to post, highly organized, and can successfully work in an environment under frequently tight deadlines.
