Looking to hire a full-time or part-time Shipping/Receiving clerk.

We are a manufacturer of Custom Machined Parts and Electro-Mechanical Assemblies located in Santa Clara. We are looking for someone with a good work ethic, personable, flexible, good with following directions, and self-motivated.

Our Shipping/Receiving Clerk’s essential job functions:

Receive parts quickly and transact them against POs in our ERP (Jobboss) system correctly.

Puts incoming received parts away correctly in designated inventory locations.

Pack and ship outbound products daily.

Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition and follows ISO procedures and prescribed safety regulations.

Interface with Assembly Lead, Materials Manager, Operations Managers, Accounting and Buyers to resolve any unforeseen issues.

Verify cycle counts, receipt documents, and finished goods on a weekly or monthly basis, as necessary.

Process and upload shipping documents to the Accounting Staff.

Update Shipping Logs Daily

Maintains Inventory.


Our ideal Shipping/Receiving Clerk will have excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience in the material, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Knowledge of ACE, Domestic and International Shipping Procedures and Documentation.

Must be able to lift 50lbs.

The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl * Must be able to lift 50lbs. * Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
