Job description
Come and join us at Foothills Catering. We are a growing catering company based out of Loveland and servicing northern Colorado. We specialize in weddings and other events, offering full service and drop off caterings. We are looking to fill two positions, part time banquet staff and full time banquet lead.
Banquet Staff:
Assist in setting up for events
Assist in tearing down for events
Clearing tables
Refilling Buffet Food
General help in running events and potentially assisting in the kitchen for basic tasks
Reporting to banquet lead
Banquet Lead:
Set up event schedule for employees
Layout of event set up/schedule
Work with Sales staff and Kitchen Manager to prepare for event
Pull equipment and material needed for the event
Run the event:
*Make sure bride and groom or the person booking the event is happy and attended to
*Make sure things are running smooth and if not correct accordingly
*Make sure things are cleaned according to facilities guidelines
*Communicate what went well and what we can do better on our next events
*Take notes on what the facility expects from us.
*Make sure the staff does what is expected and know their expectations
**Must have a driver's license and a reliable way to get to the kitchen.**
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
