RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Can Expect Day-to-Day
We're looking for an entrepreneurial 5 STAR go-getter that wants to build something together. While every day is different, following are some of the core responsibilities of the role:
• Develop, install, and manage sales plans to accomplish the yearly retail sales and service goals
• Install sales systems and maintain customer relations
• Accomplish sales goals for company growth
• Meet and greet all customers to enter all their information into the accounting system
• Learn and create all quotes and invoicing
• Learn and develop estimates and source parts for estimates
• Present all estimates to the customer and close
• Follow up on completed work with customers for quality and satisfaction controls
• Find new sales through direct marketing
• Handle all customer complaints
• Answer all phone calls and maintain pickup and delivery schedules
• Answer all questions based on service work progress
• Accept all forms of payments for retail or service work
• Perform all needed office duties, including filing, organizing, etc.
• Source all parts and supplies needed to complete work
• Hire, manage and terminate all office staff and sales representatives
