As a Conventus Sales Analyst, you will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. We are searching for an ethical and highly detail-oriented, organized administrative professional with the desire to go the “extra mile” who shares our values and vision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration
Ensure timely progress on deals in pipeline/processing
Client engagement and communication for Loan Officers; moving loans to closing and building client partnerships
Document and organize Sales training, meeting notes, client acquisition practices, sales & marketing practices
Qualify deals
Client Success
Customer retention and referral initiatives
Sending thank you cards/gifts to clients
Document client feedback to be brought up to relevant departments
Improve client satisfaction by distributing surveys, addressing feedback that comes up and expanding our best practices
Training
Help train new Loan Officers, including creating training materials/videos
Onboarding new hires
Lead Generation/Marketing
Going on lead generation databases and social media platforms to find and cultivate leads
Create and implement marketing campaigns
Set up speaking engagements and opportunities to engage potential clients at real estate events
Content generation:
Creating marketing templates
Creating, organizing and distributing company lead generation lists to Loan Officers
Social media management
Business development outreach for strategic partnerships in real estate space
Research on topics including competitive landscape, loan products, marketing material
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required
0-2 years of work experience

Superior time management skills
Intellectual curiosity around financial products with the goal of identifying value to enhance our secondary sales effort
Strong proficiency in entire Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement
Highly skilled in MS Excel (ability to use pivot tables, create formulas and link multiple workbooks, etc.)
Proficient detail-oriented communicator and listener
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
