Role Description

Delementstyle, a women's contemporary clothing and jewelry showroom is seeking a full-time commissioned sales person for a hybrid role in showroom and remote. The person in this role will be responsible for engaging with customers, building rapport and establishing long-term relationships, as well as achieving and exceeding sales targets. They will also work remotely for marketing, sales and customer service tasks. And maybe required to travel to Atlanta and/or Dallas.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in women's fashion wholesale sales is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers/wholesale clients and vendors
• Basic understanding of sales principles, customer service and effective communication
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Comfortable navigating sales software and CRM systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a sales team
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
