The Inside Sales Representative provides sales and administrative services in support of assigned East Bay Restaurant Supply Account Manager(s). In this role, the Inside Sales Rep will partner with the Account Manager to process sales orders, develop customer relations, increase profits, expedite product delivery, acquire product knowledge, and resolve problems.

Job Responsibilities:
Take ownership of a project such as a new opening or remodel from the time of sale to delivery/installation at the customer site.

To include the following:
Order entryWork with various departments i.e. Warehouse Operations, Accounts Receivable, and Purchasing in order to fulfill customer orders. Manage open order reports. Follow-up with vendor partners regarding open POs to include tracking of shipment via various carrier sites.
Respond to customer, both external and internal, inquiries via phone or email.
Conduct Product research as needed.
Process returns, freight damage claims, and repair/warranty issues

Qualifications and Skills:
Written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office � Excel, Word
Familiarity with CRM and other software/systems
