Wonderlin Roofing Systems, Inc. is a small, family owned residential roofing contractor located in the East Bay. We have been in business for over 25 years.
Must speak English. Minimum of 5 years roofing experience preferred. Current CDL. Most of our work is with comp shingles - both new roofs and repair - and we also do a fair amount of tile repair.
Job Summary:
� At least 5 years of previous roofing experience preferred - comp, tile and ideally some lower pitch bitumen based application.
� Supervising and training a crew of 3 to 4 people
� Ensure that the crew is operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
� Ensure and enforce compliance with laws, rules and regulations, especially in accordance to Health and Safety
� Manage the direction and timely completion of jobs while adhering to budget and material requirements
� Conduct safety meetings and workplace assessments/inspections
� Identify quantity and scope changes to the Contract and communicate to Supervisor
� Monitor equipment utilization and maintenance
� A valid state driver's license (in good standing) Reliable and with own transportation
� Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
Pay based on experience.
