Relationship Manager
Since 1994, our company has been based in Eden Prairie, MN. Working with financial advisors across the country, our key service is to schedule their appointments and keep their calendars consistent.
We are looking for a Relationship Manager that has batteries included, someone who has the capability to be on the phone building relationships throughout the day. As a Relationship Manager, you will be making 80+ outbound calls/per day to existing clients, prospects, and referrals (not cold calls) for up to 4 different advisors, as well as coordinating calendars, managing spreadsheets, and confirming appointments. This is not a receptionist position.
Candidate must be a quick learner, energetic, personable, professional, and enjoy working independently in a casual office environment. The ideal candidate has worked with a financial advisor handling client service and/or scheduling client reviews or has been part of a service-oriented industry.
Our two-week comprehensive training program helps you prepare for the day-to-day scheduling and communication. Working knowledge of Google Sheets/Calendar and/or Ring Central a plus.
