We are looking to hire a bilingual Receptionist/Administrative assistant to manage our office and perform additional administrative and clerical tasks. This job is ideal for someone looking for a fast-paced environment with room to advance.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business and contact us over the phone. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Handle high volume phone calls/schedule jobs/appointments
Entering customers into a web-based software/CRM program
Reach out to customers over the phone/email/text to conduct satisfaction survey and request online reviews
Updating social media sites, Google business pages
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Maintain office clean, organized, and stocked.
Periodically sanitize office surfaces.
Digital marketing/social media experience is a Plus
CRM experience is a plus but not required
Quick book accounting software is a plus but not required
Clear and professional phone voice
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with a multi-line phone, office equipment, etc
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
No drug abuse/criminal history
Background check required
