We are a boutique real estate and property management company located in San Francisco looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, highly organized, and efficient multi-tasker to join our strong team. This candidate will be the face and voice of our company and the driving force in providing top-notch, friendly service. The candidate we are looking for is enthusiastic, energetic, pleasant, professional and calm under pressure. Depending on the performance of the individual in this role, there is room for growth within the company.

Job Duties include:

  • Answer incoming calls with a friendly, upbeat demeanor
  • Quickly identify and route calls to the proper department
  • Manage general company voicemail and promptly relay messages to proper team members
  • Take detailed messages and promptly and efficiently deliver to the correct department
  • Interface with vendors and the general public
  • Manage key system, ensuring proper access for all vendors and property management team

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Excels in effective planning and demonstrates exceptional adaptability in handling unexpected situations
  • Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Google Workspace
  • AppFolio property management software

Job Type: Full-time
