The Quality Control Asspociate Reports to the Sales manager and help ensure the timely and accurate processing of Design packets through the Remodel Works process. Duties for this entry level job include: 

• Report to the Sales Manager
• Update all the job boards on a daily basis
• Track all sold jobs from contract sale to production to ensure timely execution of each step prior to construction
• Track the CAD boards to keep all projects on schedule
• Track the revision boards
• Complete finished material work sheets
• Control the permit boards and coordinate with the permitting delivery team to inquire for customer who want updates
• Track all structural jobs to ensure that all outside parties are following their promised delivery times
• Continually review files to ensure that all necessary documentation is being completed
• Join the assembly meetings each month to advise on pricing adjustments.
• Check in with problem clients on a regular basis to keep them updated on job progress.
• Willing to learn go getter attitude is huge plus! 

Job Info: 

• This is an entry level position with no experiance necessary
• Interest in Remodeling, home improvement or design is a plus but not necessary 
• High School diploma require, but no college diploma needed
• 40 hrs a week
