Field Technician

Locally owned and operated property management company seeking a field tech to perform property inspections, post notices, help property owners increase property value and assist tenants with maintenance issues and problem resolution. This position requires a lot of driving.

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed vacant and occupied property inspections
Schedule maintenance and repairs, negotiate with contractors, resolve emergency maintenance issues
Keep written documentation of property conditions, needs, repairs, etc.
Enforce rental contract terms and issue lease violations
Maintain positive tenant and client relationships


Knowledge and Skills Required:

Extremely high attention to detail and organization
Valid Driver's License
Multi-tasking is a MUST
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve
Competency of property construction, maintenance, is a plus
Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and desktop, typing
Basic Iphone knowledge


Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
