Project Manager

This candidate will be a qualified and experienced printing industry professional with 5-plus years of effectively managing commercial printing projects with great skill collaborating with a team of sales, creative and production personnel, customers, and trusted vendor partners.
Candidate must have extensive knowledge of operations such as: digital and offset printing, wide-format d�cor, fabrication components and installation, design layouts, paper, CMYK, and Pantone spot colors, finishing, and bindery processes.
The project Manager will also be responsible to assist with the development of project estimates in coordination with specifications provided by the sales team and customers.
Once a project is activated, the candidate will then possess the responsibility of managing the completion of all production details and coordinating with all departments, vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure timely and accurate execution of the contracted specifications.

1. Small format digital
2. Sheet-fed offset
3. Wide format
4. Packaging
2. Direct mail project coordination
3. Fulfillment and distribution coordination
4. Web portal / Ecommerce order processing
5. Vendor coordination
6. Microsoft Excel proficiency
7. Microsoft Word proficiency
8. Digital asset organization and transfer
Desired Experience:
1. printIQ or similar industry related MIS
2. Mailing software and protocols proficiency
3. QuickBooks Online � billing
4. Adobe Creative Cloud
