Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are a large industrial steel fabrication facility seeking to add a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated individual to our team full time and long term to manage large steel fabrication projects. Does seeing a project go from start to finish bring you satisfaction? If so, then we have an opportunity for you! Our ideal candidate is looking to start a career rather than “just another job”, as we would like to invest in someone who’s aim is for a long-term position and to grow with our company. We are willing to train!
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
You will be responsible for reviewing contracts and drawings, creating reports, and managing projects from start to finish.
You will be responsible for communicating with clients directly and keeping them updated on progress and changes to projects.
You will be maintaining spreadsheets for successful project planning, tracking and verification.
You will be responsible for drawing parts to specification in Auto Cad.
Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Project Management Knowledge (experience is preferred, but not required)
Basic Understanding Construction Drawings
Auto Cad Basics
Auto Desk Inventor Professional
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Good Communication Skills
