Early Childhood Educators at Children's Villages collaborate to provide a nurturing and child-centered environment and experiences designed to promote children's individual and group emotional, socio-behavioral, cognitive, and physical growth and development. All Educators at Children's Villages serve children and their families from birth through five years old based on realistic and recognized best practices surrounding concepts of continuity of care.
1+ years of experience working with children from 0 to 6 years old in an educational or similar setting is required.
12 CORE college units in Child Development or Early Childhood Education plus 3 units in Infant/Toddler Programs/Development is required.
An Associate's Degree in Child Development or ECE and/or qualification as an Associate Teacher or higher on the CDE Child Development Permit Matrix is highly desirable.
Pay will be commensurate with education and experience.
