We are conducting this search on behalf of a well-known institutional investment firm located in Buckhead. Our client requires a degree in finance, economics or accounting - in other words, a love for numbers! If you have worked during college (recent grad) or even a year or two out of school, our client will train you in this highly specialized career.
ENTRY LEVEL PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATOR
The firm is an SEC registered institutional investment manager founded in 1989 that manages over $4B of client assets. The firm provides investment management services to individuals, investment companies, foundations, endowments, pension and profit-sharing plans, trusts, corporations, and estates. There are four Investment professionals and five on the operations team who manage the day to day operations of the firm in a very efficient manner. This gives each member the opportunity to learn and grow in all aspects of our department.

Overall Responsibilities
� Assist in the onboarding of new relationships which includes preparing various custodian forms and advisor contracts
� Open, Close, and update client accounts in portfolio management Software
� Maintain client and prospect information
� Assist in Monthly, Quarterly client reporting
� Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and presentations
� Assist in the reconciliation process for portfolios
� Maintain calendar of meetings with clients and others
� Set up client meetings and Zoom calls
� Scan and upload client documents to maintain document management system
� Interface with clients, consultants, custodians, and vendors
� Process client requests (money journals, wire transfers, checks, charitable gifts, retirement account distributions, etc.).
� Assist in preparation of class action and corporate actions
� Maintain Inventory of office supplies and refreshments
� Assist in reviewing outgoing documents for accuracy
� Send out client quarterly client mailings via email
� Review quarterly data uploaded to marketing databases
� Sort and deliver mail, answer phones (very low volume)
� Assist in the audit process and due diligence process
� Other duties and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications
� Self-starter, problem solver
� Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word
� Interest in improving processes
� Commitment to teamwork, continual improvement, and accuracy
Four year degree in accounting, finance or economics
