Porter

We are currently seeking a full time Porter/Groundskeeper for a garden style apartment complex located in Orlando, Florida.

Candidates will need to maintain a clean exterior and hallways of the property at all time, pressure washing of building exteriors, light maintenance work, check sprinklers clean and maintain storage rooms, be a team player, flexible and motivated.
