Adstick Custom Labels one of the regions premier label printers is expanding. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in outside sales preferably within the label, packaging or office automation industry.

The right individual will be a proven self-starter with the ability to successfully prospect for new business, maintain business relationships, effectively communicate with new customers, current customers and be familiar with customer contact databases such as ACT!

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts through a combination of in-person cold calls, appointments, telephone prospecting, mailers, internet, social media, and related activities.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule time frames.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and management
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year experience as Outside Sales Representative in the printing, packaging, or office products industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient on Microsoft Office; experience with customer contact management software "ACT!"
• Ability to learn new software systems and products quickly.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Four- Year Degree preferred but not required.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year plus commissions
