Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Reports to: Territory Sales Manager
We have a unique opportunity that does NOT involve cold calling and will put you in front of hundreds of qualified prospective clients with PRESET APPOINTMENTS. This is a HOURLY + BONUS POSITION meaning that your success determines your wage. Eco Water CC is an established company in a rapidly growing market.
Your compensation is determined by your success. On average Sales Representatives with our company make over $60,000 a year with a six figure income reasonably obtainable.

Duties & Responsibilities
The essential functions (i.e., the fundamental job duties of the position) are as follows:
Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
Demonstrate water tests in customer’s home to assess which system is best solution.
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand

Skills and Qualifications
The following qualifications are required for this position:
1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Professional Licensure/Certifications: Valid CA Driver’s license
3. Prior Experience: Outside Sales Experience, Customer Service Experience
4. Technical Skills/Proficiencies: In-Home Sales
5. Other Traits: Interpersonal skills, communication skills, punctuality, reliable, organized.
The following qualifications are highly desired, but not required, for this position:
1. Professional Licensure/Certifications: CA Home Improvement Sales License
2. Prior Experience: 3 years of Outside Sales Experience, Experience Selling Water Products
3. Technical Skills/Proficiencies: Knowledge of Water Treatment Systems.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: constantly communicate and perform water tests for prospective customers, be able to move about inside a residential home to perform the water test., operate a computer and keyboard and other office productivity machinery such as calculators/copy machines/printers. The employee is occasionally required to position self to reach items on the floor and in high cabinetry. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Employee must be able to communicate with others to exchange information including both over the telephone and in-person communication with callers and community members, and be able to read a computer screen and paper documents.
This position functions in an indoor setting and may include moderate to loud noise associated with people and common household noises. Travel is required to various work locations.
