In search of full optometrist for Lafayette, IN location

Well established independent practice inside LensCrafters. Mainly routine eye care, contacts lenses, minor glaucoma, diabetic eye exams, macular degeneration, dry eyes, computer vision problems, and co-management of eye surgeries. You practice to the level you like. Excellent support staff does all pretesting, billing, and practice management.  

All offices are equipped with modern Essilor or Zeiss digital phoroptors, corneal topographer, aberrometer, Optos, and getting new OCTs.

We offer a very competitive salary and bonus structure, health, dental and life insurance, HAS, Simple IRA with match, 10 days PTO after 3 months. Total compensation 150k-160k. We are a growing company and there is room for advancement. We can even negotiate loan payments.
