As we expand our operations from Magnolia to Galveston, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our projects and daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

· Project Coordination: Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of remodeling projects.

· Resource Allocation: Managing schedules, resources, and materials efficiently.

· Budget Oversight: Assisting with budget tracking, cost control, and financial reporting.

· Client Communication: Liaising with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.

· Quality Assurance: Monitoring work quality and adherence to safety standards.

Administrative Support: Handling paperwork, documentation, and office tasks.

Qualifications

· Experience: Previous experience in project coordination or operations preferred.

· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish +)

· Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Problem-Solving: Resourceful and adaptable in resolving challenges.
