PageHub is an established internet marketing company helping business owners create and maintain a strong online footprint. We are seeking Onboarding Technicians for onboarding new clients to our service. Must have professional phone voice and time management skills. Requires basic computer skills and data entry, we will train the right candidate.
-Bilingual is a plus
-Collect basic business information from clients.
-Evaluate client’s business presence on Google, will train.
-Use a friendly and professional phone voice.
-Record account information accurately.
-Data Entry - Copy / Paste
-Schedule call backs.
-Time Management Skills
- Ability to coordinate with other team members as needed.
-NO Cold calling.
-We will train the right person
-Basic Computer skills.
-Data Entry Experience
-Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
