Holstrom, Block & Parke, a Professional Law Corporation, is seeking a full-time Legal/Office Assistant for our San Diego office. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, disciplined, punctual, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and a team player.

As Legal/Office Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:

� Assisting Attorneys and Paralegals with preparing, managing and updating case files and notebooks

� Scanning documents and files

� Filing documents at court, serving/delivering documents and running other errands

� Covering front desk and phones as needed

� Maintaining front and back office areas and conference rooms

Candidates must possess a driver�s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
