Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant
Centura Wealth Advisory is looking for an Office Administrator, reporting into the Vice President of Growth.
As the Office Admin, your primary responsibilities will be to manage our San Diego office and provide administrative support to our operations. Responsibilities will be varied and encompass more than a traditional administrative assistant role. In this role, you will help to support recruiting activities, planning team events, office inventory and helping to create an unmatched experience for our clients and visitors.
We are looking for a motivated, high energy, and friendly team player with some administrative experience. In this role you help to set the tone for the entire organization. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have an ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Roles and Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, you must be friendly, open to accepting various projects, and have experience answering phones, and using Microsoft Office Suite. Our team member must be a pro at creating a warm inviting environment, personal organization, scanning documents, client data entry, database management, and organizing electronic information.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience:
- 3+ years of professional administrative experience
- High School Diploma is required
Communication skills:
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills required
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills required. You will be communicating with Sr.
- Leaders, Clients, Vendors, Employees (45wpm typing skill min)
- High EQ - emotional intelligence is a plus
Software usage & proficiency:
- Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint � required
- Salesforce - preferred
