Requirements for the OT position:
- Has graduated from an occupational therapy program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education(ACOTE) or predecessor organizations;
- Has successfully completed a period of supervised fieldwork experience required by the recognized educational institution where the applicant met the academic requirements of an educational program for occupational therapists that is accredited by ACOTE or predecessor organizations;
- Has passed a nationally recognized registration examination for occupational therapists (OTR) administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(NBCOT); and
- Fulfills state requirements for licensure, certification, or registration.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
- Perform Evaluation/Treatment sessions with patients
- Ensure patients are educated and aware of their condition and prognosis
- Keep patients accountable to therapy attendance and compliance with their plan of care.
- Complete all required documentation of each visit
- Updating plan of care as needed and discharging patients as needed
- Supervising PTA's and Therapy Technicians
- Listening for and recording patient successes
- Keeping Case management lists up to date.
- Keeping track of individual stats and completing productivity reports
