A friendly, on-the-go family based in North Palm Beach, FL is seeking a playful, organized, and self-starting nanny/family assistant to support their 3 school-aged children and home!
Location: North Palm Beach, FL
Ages of children: 12, 9, 8
Start date/Contract dates: As soon as they find the right fit!
Schedule: Full-time position with a rotating weekly schedule of:
Week A: 60-70 hours/week with the general schedule falling Monday through Sunday from 6:30am to 8pm, with shorter working days expected on the weekend.
Week B: An expected 10-15 hours of support and working hours will always be provided in advance. During off weeks, the candidate can anticipate 4+ days off.
The schedule may adjust to accommodate the family’s summer, academic, and travel schedules and flexibility to shift weekly schedules will be asked and appreciated with advanced notice.
Compensation: The family is offering $35-40/hour based on the A/B schedules above, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $80-100k/year range dependent on experience and the agreed-upon schedule. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
Benefits: The family is open to providing benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, a vehicle for professional use, and relocation assistance based on candidate need and the full benefits package.
Live-in/Live-out: Live-out.

He and the children’s mother have amicably separated and work together to foster an environment where their children can thrive.
The children are athletic and active and love video games, music, reading, and more. They are always ready to get outside and play. They currently attend school full-time as well as various extracurricular activities. With many moving pieces in the home, the whole family is excited to welcome a nanny/family assistant who can uplift the children’s enriching home atmosphere, as well as ensure all runs smoothly so the family can prioritize their time with one another.
Ideal candidate:
This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in an autonomous role, while still enjoying a warm, supportive, welcoming work environment. A nanny/family assistant who can intuitively predict the family’s needs is not afraid to jump in, and has a detail-oriented mentality will be valued in this home. Being a positive role model and fostering a supportive, nurturing environment for the children will be priority number one in this role! A playful candidate who isn’t afraid to head outside and join in with a sport in the backyard or who can assist with homework support will be appreciated.
While the children are in school, the family would love to work with a candidate who can jump in with organizational tasks and family assisting support, from managing calendars to healthy meal prep for the children to closet/inventory management and more. Driving is required for this role and the candidate will provide safe and reliable transportation to and from school and activities. The role will focus on providing support while the children are at their father’s home, and an emphasis will be placed on family assisting tasks while they are at their mother’s.
Qualifications:
3 years of professional childcare experience
Valid driver’s license
Proven experience and confidence caring for elementary and middle school-aged children
Comfortability caring for multiple children in a role
Family, personal, or other administrative assisting experience
Comfortable with simple, healthy meal prep for the children
