A kind Denver family of three is seeking a travel-ready, professional nanny to support their family and 1.5-year-old son!
Location: Denver, CO
Ages of children: 1.5 years old
Start date/Contract dates: As soon as they find the perfect fit!
Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 50+ hours per week with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel will be asked in advance and appreciated!
Compensation: The family is offering $30-35+/hour which equates to annualized base compensation of $85-100+k/year dependent on experience based on the 50 hour/week schedule.
Benefits: The family is open to providing benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance and/or a health insurance stipend, and relocation assistance based on candidate need and the full benefits package.
Live-in/Live-out: Live-out. The family is open to supporting short-term housing in Chicago and providing a landing pad in Denver during the relocation for the perfect applicant. This family is eager to build a compensation package that attracts the perfect, flexible, and loving candidate to their team long-term!

Their 1-year-old’s personality is emerging more and more every day! His parents are enjoying his infectious laugh and sweet, energetic, and outgoing disposition. He loves spending time outdoors, and a nanny who is excited to provide an engaging, warm and consistent environment for him to grow and thrive will be key.
The family is planning an upcoming move to Denver, and they are excited to find a nanny who is excited about supporting this transition and relocating to Denver! The parents love to travel, learn, be outdoors, and try new things. They have upcoming travel plans to destinations like Hilton Head, the Adirondacks, and Coastal Oregon, as well as Denver as they prepare for their move! Both parents have full professional lives, and they are currently working from home. They hope to foster a relaxed, informal, fun, and supportive environment in their home and family life, and look forward to adding a candidate to the team who can support this vision and be a part of their family team!
Ideal candidate:
This position is ideal for a candidate who takes a collaborative, communicative approach to partnering with parents and is excited to support a growing 1-year-old through the toddler and preschool years! The family is excited to work with a candidate who brings professionalism, knowledge of child development, discretion, and confidence to their role!
Responsibilities include providing a warm and developmentally appropriate environment and providing loving care, as well as light child-related housekeeping. A willingness to pitch-in with family assisting duties and light pet care as needed will be appreciated!
Someone with ties to the Denver-area would be a big bonus!
Qualifications:
3 years of professional childcare experience
Valid driver’s license and passport
Fully vaccinated and boosted (when eligible) against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws
Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones
Dog friendly! Willing to support light pet care.
