Moving Nextdoor is a furniture moving and junk hauling company looking for enthusiastic, team players to do full service moving and hauling. Our movers strive to conduct every move safely and efficiently for our customers, and without a scratch. As a rule, we always go the extra mile, and in general, always say yes to getting the job done. We are currently offering part time and seasonal opportunities. We are looking for box runners, furniture movers, and truck drivers, no CDL required. We are a growing company, and we are looking for people that want a secondary source of income, flexible hours, or room to grow! We are generally offering 2 days a week to start and depending on availability and performance we may offer more.

The ideal candidates for this position will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively communicate with customers, and a flexible schedule that allows for last-minute moving appointments. We're looking for someone who wants a secondary source of income and are always eager to learn and expand their knowledge about the moving industry.

Responsibilities:

• Have a driver's license.
• Be able to drive a box truck. (preferred)
• Be able to lift heavy furniture.
• Be able to meet specific deadlines.
• Be able to get along with clients without developing a personal relationship.
• Be able to walk and move most of the day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
