California Outdoor Hospitality Association serves its members through extensive member promotion, education, cost-saving programs, and legislative advocacy so that the members can provide the ultimate positive RV, camping, and glamping experience to the camping consumer.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven and motivated individual, who has a passion for the outdoors to join our team. They will promote California Outdoor Hospitality Association to potential members directly from our Auburn, CA office. This position is a combination of working with new members, retaining current members and creating new membership opportunities. The right candidate works well with a team, as well as independently.

This position is an onsite position and reports directly to the President of California Outdoor Hospitality Association.

California Employers Association (CEA) is the recruiter for this role.

Minimum Qualifications

Three years or more of proven experience in the following areas:
• Experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to successfully market and promote events and member services
• Knows how to build rapport with clients through effective communication
• Excellent written and oral skills ( in person, over the phone and written correspondence)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Demonstrated experience with website management
• Possesses strong time management and organizational skills
• Events planning experience

Responsibilities
• Handle member inquiries
• Provide information about products and services
• Onboarding of new members
• Improve member engagement and member retention
• Document and updates customer records
• Website management
• Oversee planning, coordination, of annual member event
• Manage office operations, equipment, and supplies
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Salary and Benefits
• Hourly rate is up to $28.00 DOE
