Responsibilities:

Prioritize and perform multiple clerical and administrative tasks, managing time effectively.
Respond promptly to phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with both in-office and out-of-office healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and facilitate seamless integration between medical and aesthetic services.
Handle various administrative tasks, including accurate data entry, financial transactions, and insurance eligibility and verification.
Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized reception area to demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
Stay updated on the latest treatments and services offered at the medspa to provide informed information and upsell when appropriate.
Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and active listening skills to create a positive and supportive patient experience throughout their journey.
Maintain professionalism in all interactions with patients and colleagues, adhering to HIPAA regulations for both medspa and medical patients.
