Job Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and execute suitable marketing strategies for different divisions.
Act as a point of contact and build influential marketing relationships.
Utilize various marketing techniques (television, radio, OTT, social media, mail, and visuals.).
Report on all marketing metrics weekly.
Maintain record of marketing activities and proactively communicate with division managers and owners regarding marketing activity.
Partner with hiring managers to collect relevant position information and prepare/edit job ads.
Manage photography of employee's, and company.
Reputation management
Post and update ads on job boards and social media.
Be creative and think of new ways to bring in new leads.
Partner with local technical schools and colleges to find potential candidates.
Attend marketing events.
All other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:

High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred
1 year in marketing. (Desired 3 + years)
Valid Driver’s License (clear driving record)
Clean background check drug test
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Windows, including Word, Excel, Canva etc.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrates attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills in database management and record keeping.
Maintains confidentiality.
Meets commitments.
Ability to travel for college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
Excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Gather and analyze information skillfully.
