As a manager in training you would learn everything from campaign execution to back end administration and account management.

What you will do:
Build a positive relationship with the charity client
Learn how to execute community awareness campaigns
Conduct charity fundraisers
Train and develop new staff
Develop a hiring and HR process
Conduct market research to help the charity expand nationally
Conduct client representative reviews
Oversee client accounts
