We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator.
The incumbent in this role play an important part in making sure we are providing the best customer service experience for our customers. No excuses!

Responsibilities:

• Building strong long-lasting relationships with our customers and drivers
• Ensuring we are delivering fast communication to our customers
• Providing customer centric logistics solutions
• Notifying customers in advance of any delays and coming up with creative solutions
• Track loads to ensure on-time pick up and delivery requirements are met or exceeded
• Collaborate and offer assistances to other team members in keeping loads on track
• Assist in trouble-shooting carrier specific issues from the point of booking until completion
• Assist in resolving service failures and communicate with team member and team leader
• Provide and support tracking requirements for clients
• Contact and maintain good relationships with carriers
• Ensure all carriers are communicated with professionalism
• Ensure all necessary load information and updates are delivered to applicable team members
• Perform related duties as assigned by Operations Manager
• Deliver the optimal logistical solutions for customers

• Logistics and transportation experience is not required but is an asset
