A qualified candidate will have a college degree and experience working for a lawyer or law firm as a paralegal, and be computer proficient and have working knowledge of Lexis. The job requires you to be able to, with minimal supervision, prepare and respond to pleadings, written discovery, prepare and respond to meet and confer letters, prepare and respond to discovery motions, prepare motions for summary judgment/summary adjudication, prepare pre-trial motions, prepare deposition outlines, prepare witness, trial and exhibit notebooks.
