Fig & Ash Wood Fire Kitchen is looking to grow it's team with our recent expansion. Fig has been named "Best new restaurant" by Pittsburgh Magazine as well as our repeating "Top 20 Restaurants". "Top 100 Restaurants Nationwide" by Opentable.
We are looking for full time cooks, who want to be Chefs one day. This is a great gig, Family owned and all of the owners worked in the industry for decades. Were closed every Sunday & Monday and paid holidays. We offer Paid Vacation, Sick days, Health, dentail, vision and 401k benefits.
The job: We need passionate cooks who believe in scratch batch cooking. Your biggest responsibilities are to make sure you have enough mise en place to get through a service and to cook food you're proud of.
