Line Cook II
Responsible for maintaining, setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl and other food items prepared in the broiler station.
Prepares daily requisitions for suppliers and food items for production.
Prepares all hot food items according to standard recipes and s specified on guest check, to ensure consistency of product, requires transportation of heavy food products.
Requirements:
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability
Must have great customer service skills � all of our positions come into contact with guests!
