Line Cook

We are looking for a hard working, experienced line cook to join our team, but we are willing to train the right person for the job. We can offer part time or full time hours, must be available for both Saturday and Sunday morning brunch shifts.

Our restaurant sources all of its beef from the Jacoby family ranch located in Melvin, Tx. Everything from our burgers, steaks, and meatloaf are made from our Jacoby brand dry aged beef. We have a focus on sourcing from local suppliers, and take pride in making much of our food from scratch.

Job responsibilities include:

Station prep
Making salads, appetizers and desserts
General cleanliness and organization
Helping other team members out when needed

Jacoby's is located on East Cesar Chavez in a growing part of town with a beautiful view of the Colorado River.
