Job Title: Leasing & Property Evaluation Manager
Summary: Work with Brokers management team in the management of clients properties. Broker provides all Buyer and Tenant leads. New to the industry no problem. We will train !
Responsibilities:
Maintaining communications with residents & staff.
Preparing Lease Documents, Renewal Documents, Buyer Agency Agreements and Purchase Agreements.
Inspecting & Preparing Property Evaluations.
Assist in Tenant Move in and Move out reports.
Showing Prospective Tenants Properties.
Showing Prospective Buyers Properties.
Specifications:�
Effectively read, write and speak fluent English. Spanish a plus
Maintain active Arizona real estate salesperson or broker�s license.
Have knowledge of operations of computers, fax machines, cell phones, scanners, digital cameras.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Maintain an active Arizona driver�s license.
Have access to a vehicle for reliable transportation with insurance
Basic knowledge of arithmetic, accounting and economics.
Working Conditions: This position requires some traveling in the greater Phoenix & Tucson area.
Salary $18-$20 per hour Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, 401K matching, Vacation $1000 Bonus after 90 days.
