Team Member
We are currently seeking Lawn and Landscape Technicians to join our team for the 2023 season. As a Lawn and Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional lawn and landscaping services to our clients. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals and will be provided with the necessary tools and equipment to perform your duties.
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
Perform landscape maintenance services including pruning, weeding, mulching, and planting
Operate and maintain equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn and landscaping tools
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
Complete work orders and timesheets accurately and on time
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in lawn and landscape maintenance preferred
Knowledge of plants, trees, and lawn care techniques
Ability to operate and maintain lawn and landscaping equipment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
