Hiring Team Leaders, Landscapers & Irrigation Technicians

TLC Landscape is an established landscape installation and maintenance company serving Boise and the surrounding areas. We are currently hiring experienced landscapers for multiple available part time and full-time positions: Team Leaders, Landscapers, and Irrigation Technicians.

Our company is growing, and we have landscape projects and maintenance tasks that you can be proud to be a part of to feel a sense of real accomplishment. We are located in NW Boise, though we meet direct to job sites at times.

Compensation: Wage $15 + per hour DOE + Benefits after 60 day period. Potential to earn $20/hour + with long term employment.

Employment type: Part time 20 - 30 hours per week (full days that complement your school schedule) Full-time (summer months), 40 - 50 hours per week M - F, occasional Saturdays.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are helpful. Starting wage depends on experience and ranges from $15+/hour DOE with the potential to earn $20/hour + with long term employment in a skilled labor or leadership position. Primary Responsibilities:

Take instruction, learn and work safely as a team.

Perform manual / physical labor in various aspects of the landscape industry (building patios, planting, grading, excavating, mulching, maintenance, irrigation, light carpentry, etc.)

Maintain regular work attendance.

Drivers license and/or dependable transportation to and from work.

Knowledge of softscape installation is helpful (trees, shrubs, perennials, turf).

Irrigation experience (installation of new turf & drip zones / retrofit existing turf & drip zones) Equipment experience (Skid steer, trencher, dingo, sod cutter).

(Supervisor) Capable of managing 2-3 people.

(Supervisor) 1 year minimum in a leadership role in landscape construction.

Hardscape knowledge preferred (pavers, flagstone, retaining walls, masonry).

Knowledge of basic construction skills is a plus.

Good work ethic and ability to focus on designated tasks until their completion.
