Interior Design
INTERIOR DESIGNER HOSPITALITY:
We are an award-winning, boutique design studio that creates interiors for hospitality, residential/ multi-family and travel. We bring a unique problem solving approach and inherent sense of style to our projects ranging from global brands to independent luxury hotels, developing an experience that will set our clients apart, establish them in their community, and withstand the test of time. Our SoHo, New York-based design office is comprised of designers and architects working in tandem to create inspired, thoughtfully creative interiors.
We are looking for Interior Designers / Architects with all levels of experience in hospitality to join our team, full time and freelance, remote, or in person in multiple locations.
Responsibilities
Collaborate as part of a studio team to:
• Develop interior design narratives and concepts that inform design.
• Ideate and develop design concepts and details drawn from the narrative and concept.
• Develop plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans and details.
• Research and Select FF&E and finishes/materials.
• Prepare design presentations and project documentation in Creative Suite, CAD, Revit, MS Office, Sketch Up, Specs.
• Visit project site as applicable.
• Manage schedules and budgets.
Minimum requirements
• A 4 year bachelor’s degree or master degree in Interior Design / Architecture
• Strong understanding and proficiency in AutoCAD, Creative Suite, Revit, MS-Office, Sketch Up, and Specs.
• LEED certificate is a plus.
