Installation Technician
DrizzleX is looking for a self-motivated, results oriented individual to join our team as an Installation Technician. As an Installer with DrizzleX, you will receive extensive hands-on training that will set you up for a successful and satisfying career. Some or basic plumbing experience is required. We do require some mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a strong customer service background. The ability to communicate effectively with our customers is essential for this position.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for all aspects of service including troubleshooting, installation, inspection, and repair of
DrizzleX devices in residential multi-unit homes
• Operate in a team environment to deliver excellent customer service
• Keep accurate records of devices installed, customer information, and description of work
• Assemble machine parts and electrical components using a variety of hand and power tools
• Following specific directions disassembling, assembling, and testing basic sub-assemblies
• Some travel within the United States may be required
Qualifications
• Motivated with the desire to lean and grow with our organization
• Basic plumbing experience required
• Must be at least 21 years of age with an insurable driving record
• Proficient with tools and repair work, mechanically inclined
• 1-2 years of service installation and/or equipment repair preferred
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment including but not limited to bending,
twisting, reaching overhead, crawling, working in tight spaces, lifting and pulling
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. on a repetitive
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
Candidates are subject to pre-employment testing up to and including drug/alcohol screening, background check, motor vehicle record check, and D.O.T. physical, as applicable.
