JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for supporting the customer’s sales journey from initial inquiry to purchase, tracking all activity in company database.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:
• Represent the values of VinFast US with each customer interaction, while displaying deep passion in customers joining the VinFast US Family
• Engaging customers and fellow team members in a multi-level matrixed customer centric environment
• Working with customer inquiries across all channels (Voice, Chat, Email, SMS, Social Media)
• Supporting each step of the customer journey to create a personalized ownership experience while working closely with key partners (Customer Experience, Showrooms, Service, DMV, Logistics)
• Actively manage the pipeline of customer leads to convert opportunities into deliveries
• Monitor personal productivity against sales targets
• Learn the Inside Sales System, CRM (database) and other integrated systems to provide the best practice in supporting customers and documenting communications
• Understand all inbound and outbound calling processes
• Gain knowledge of Products, EV Industry/Technologies and available finance options
• Support each step of the customer journey – execute the defined communication processes and strategies

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1 year of experience related to Customer Service, Contact Center environment and Omni Channel experience are preferred.
• Automotive or Direct to Consumer industry experience is plus.
• Understanding of Call Center Software, CRM, Social Media, and Digital Platform.
• Ability to apply and obtain a Vehicle Salesperson License (VinFast US will provide guidance and details)
• Curiosity to learn about our customers and self-motivated to create the best possible customer experience
• Outstanding oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must be proficient on phone and computer
• Friendly, enthusiasm, reliability, helpful attitude
• Strong Team Player and Customer Service Mindset
• Strong work-ethic, multi talking, ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and develop greater job knowledge
• Flexibility with work hours based on store hours and needs
